41 More Killed in Gaza Strikes as Baby Milk Crisis Deepens

Israeli bombings continue as Gaza faces severe shortages of food, medicine, and infant formula

Israeli airstrikes on Gaza continue without pause, with at least 41 more Palestinians killed in the latest attacks. The situation in the region is becoming increasingly tragic, especially with a growing shortage of baby milk and essential food supplies, creating a full-blown humanitarian crisis.

According to Al Jazeera, hospital sources confirmed that from Friday morning, multiple areas were bombed, resulting in dozens of casualties. At Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, it was reported that Israeli forces opened fire on civilians waiting for aid near the Netzarim Corridor, killing 19 people.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that since October 7, 2023, Israeli attacks have killed 60,249 people and injured 4,789 others. Another recent report highlights 80 more deaths and rising famine-related fatalities as Gaza remains under siege.

Meanwhile, conditions in Gaza are rapidly worsening. Hospitals have run out of essential medicines, and infant formula is no longer available. Due to widespread malnutrition, many mothers are unable to breastfeed their babies.

A 31-year-old mother, Azhar Imad, told Al Jazeera she is forced to feed her 4-month-old baby a mix of sesame and water because nothing else is available.

“Sometimes I give him water, other times I make herbal mixtures,” she said. “Because there is simply nothing else.”

According to Dr. Khaled Daqran, thousands of children are suffering from severe hunger, malnutrition, and lack of basic medical care. With each passing day, their lives are increasingly at risk.
