Islamabad: The federal government of Pakistan has announced revised petroleum prices for the next 15 days, with a notable increase in the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs. 5.36 per liter, setting the new price at Rs. 272.15 per liter. The newly announced prices will be effective from July 16 to July 31, 2025.
On the other hand, sources report that the government has reduced the price of kerosene oil by Rs. 3.10 and light diesel oil by Rs. 1.85 per liter, aiming to provide some relief to the general public.
