Rickshaw Driver’s Son Tops Matric Exams in Arts Group

Muhammad Ahmad from Burewala Scores 1161 Marks to Secure 1st Position

An inspiring story of determination and resilience has emerged from the recent matriculation results announced by the Multan Board. Muhammad Ahmad, a student from a small village near Burewala, has secured the 1st position in the Arts Group by scoring an impressive 1161 marks.

Ahmad belongs to a humble family. His father, Muhammad Afzal, is a rickshaw driver who never had the opportunity to pursue education himself but always dreamed of seeing his son achieve what he could not. Ahmad appeared for his matric exam from Jamia Hanfia School, and through his hard work and his parents’ prayers, he turned this dream into a reality.

“I come from a poor family. My father drives a rickshaw, but he never let me feel discouraged. Despite our financial struggles, he always motivated me to learn. This success belongs to him,” said Ahmad.

Muhammad Afzal, who earns a living driving a rickshaw through the streets of the city, is overjoyed at his son’s achievement. He expressed his emotions, saying:

“I was never able to study, but I always wanted my son to be educated. Today, seeing him stand out among thousands of students fills my heart with pride.”

This remarkable success story stands as a testament to the power of perseverance, parental support, and the belief that dreams can come true—no matter where you come from.
