Washington – U.S. President Donald Trump has openly criticized Israel for violating the ceasefire agreement with Iran, calling the latest airstrikes on Iranian targets “completely unacceptable.” According to a report by Reuters, Trump made the remarks during a media briefing before departing for a NATO summit in The Hague.
President Trump held both Iran and Israel responsible for the breakdown of the recently brokered ceasefire but directed particularly strong condemnation at Israel. “Israel initiated airstrikes immediately after agreeing to the ceasefire. This is absolutely unacceptable,” he said.
