Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has surprised fans by sharing his incredible journey of losing 50 kilograms, attributing his success to avoiding fast food, sugar, and laziness.
According to Indian media reports, in a recent interview, Arjun revealed that before entering the film industry, he weighed around 140 kg. During his teenage years, his lifestyle was largely inactive, and he believed that only casual walking was enough to lose weight.
However, over time, Arjun realized that weight loss requires consistent effort and discipline. He made physical activity a regular part of his daily routine and emphasized that simply eating and resting without any movement leads to inevitable weight gain.
He admitted that he has always been a food lover, but in order to shed extra kilos, he gave up fast food, sugar, and high-carb meals, replacing them with a more balanced and healthy diet.
In another interview, Arjun also opened up about a medical condition that contributed to his weight gain — thyroid issues, which both his mother and sister have experienced as well. He stated that while the condition can cause rapid weight gain, it can be managed with proper medical care, diet, and regular exercise.
