Faisalabad’s Hira Qaiser has been crowned the winner of Pakistan Idol after an exciting grand finale filled with music, performances and celebrations.

The highly anticipated “Super Finale” took place on Sunday night, bringing the music competition to a spectacular conclusion. Hira, who comes from a middle-class family, impressed audiences and judges throughout the competition with her vocal performances and ultimately secured the top position.

Speaking to Geo News after her victory, Hira said she was extremely happy and found it difficult to put her emotions into words.

She credited her success to the blessings of Allah and the prayers and support of her parents and family.

“My family’s prayers played a very important role in my success. Now I will fulfil all my dreams,” she said.

Winner Receives Rs1.5 Million Prize

As the winner, Hira Qaiser received the Pakistan Idol shield along with a cash prize of Rs1.5 million.

The other seven finalists were also recognised for making it to the final stage of the competition. Each of them received a shield and a cash prize of Rs500,000.

The prizes marked the culmination of a competition in which aspiring singers from across the country competed for the opportunity to be recognised as Pakistan’s latest music talent.

For Hira, the victory represents a major milestone and could provide an important platform for her future career in the music industry.

Star-Studded Super Finale

The grand finale featured a number of prominent names from Pakistan’s music and entertainment industry.

One of the biggest attractions of the evening was the appearance of renowned singer Atif Aslam, who joined the event as the “Super Icon” at the invitation of the show’s sponsor, Sooper Biscuits.

The judges — Fawad Khan, Zeb Bangash, Bilal Maqsood and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan — also shared their views on the finalists’ performances as the competition reached its decisive stage.

Finale Screened in Karachi and Faisalabad

The Pakistan Idol Super Finale was not limited to the television audience. It was also screened at cinemas in Karachi and Faisalabad, allowing fans to experience the concluding episode together on the big screen.

Several well-known artists and entertainment personalities attended the screening in Karachi, including singer and music writer Shuja Haider, actor Misbah Khalid, Bilal Maqsood, Nazeer Hussain, Ayesha Jahanzeb, Kehkashan Faisal, Sara Mahmood and Zeeshan Chaudhry.

Season 3 Announced

Badr Ikram, producer of Pakistan Idol, was also present during the finale.

Speaking to Geo News, he said the production team had worked extensively to find a voice capable of representing the country’s musical talent.

He also revealed that Season 3 of Pakistan Idol is expected to arrive soon, promising audiences an even more entertaining season.

For Hira Qaiser, however, the immediate focus will be on celebrating a hard-earned victory and turning the opportunity provided by Pakistan Idol into the beginning of her professional music journey.
