Islamabad: Pakistan has officially joined the global Iran attack condemnation, expressing full solidarity with the Iranian people after a series of Israeli airstrikes targeted key sites inside Iran.
In a strong statement issued by the Foreign Office, Pakistan denounced the Israeli assault as a blatant violation of Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. The spokesperson emphasized that these actions pose a serious threat to both regional and international peace.
As part of the growing Iran attack condemnation, Pakistan has stressed that Israel’s actions are not only illegal under international law but also in direct violation of the UN Charter. The Foreign Office reiterated that Iran has the right to defend itself under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.

The spokesperson further stated that Israel’s ongoing aggression must be stopped immediately, and the international community bears the responsibility to hold Israel accountable and prevent further escalation. According to reports, the airstrikes targeted multiple strategic locations in Iran, including six military bases and nuclear facilities. The strikes, carried out early Friday morning, triggered loud explosions in northern, western, and central Tehran. Iranian media confirmed the attacks and the deaths of several high-ranking officials.
Among those killed were Major General Hossein Salami of the Revolutionary Guards, nuclear scientists Fereydoun Abbasi and Mohammad Mahdi, and Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, commander of the Khatm al-Anbiya headquarters.
