For Bangladesh, Zakir Ali top-scored with 55, followed by Mehidy Hasan who contributed 33 runs. On the bowling front for Pakistan, Ahmed Daniyal, Abbas Afridi, and Salman Mirza each claimed two wickets.

Pakistan’s innings started disastrously. Saim Ayub was run out for just 1 run, while Fakhar Zaman (8), Mohammad Haris, Hasan Nawaz, and Mohammad Nawaz were all dismissed without scoring. Captain Salman Ali Agha could only manage 9 runs.

Sharif Islam was the pick of the bowlers for Bangladesh with 3 wickets, while Tanzim Hasan Sakib and Mehidy Hasan took 2 wickets each.

Earlier, Bangladesh had also won the first T20 by 7 wickets, leaving Pakistan with no chance of a comeback in the series.

It is worth noting that before this series, Pakistan had won 19 out of 23 T20 matches against Bangladesh. However, the recent performances have overshadowed their past dominance.
