KP Information Advisor Barrister Saif: “We Will Sacrifice Everything for PTI Founder’s Release”

Peshawar , Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information, Barrister Dr. Saif, has declared that no sacrifice will be spared for the release of the PTI founder.

In a recent statement, he emphasized that preparations are in full swing across the country to launch a widespread movement for the founder’s release, with worker conventions and corner meetings being organized throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Barrister Saif strongly criticized the government, claiming that PTI leaders are being deliberately sentenced under a well-orchestrated plan. He said these sentences are not based on facts but are aimed at weakening the growing movement for the release of the PTI founder. According to him, the punishments clearly indicate how fearful the government is of the nationwide political momentum.

He added that the government does not have the constitutional authority to impose a ban on PTI. “Despite false cases and severe punishments, PTI leadership and workers remain undeterred,” said Saif. He pointed out the example of senior PTI leader Dr. Yasmin Rashid, who is battling cancer and has still been sentenced to 10 years in prison, calling it a blatant act of political vengeance.

He concluded by lauding the resilience of all PTI leaders, including Yasmin Rashid, saying their courage in the face of repression is truly admirable and inspiring.

Dr. Yasmin Rashid was among the prominent PTI leaders arrested following the events of May 9. Several other party figures are facing legal action, which PTI claims is part of a broader campaign of political victimization.
