Cardi B appears to be open to a new romance after her split from NFL star Stefon Diggs, with the rapper recently spotted spending time with German-Nigerian footballer Maduka Okoye in Milan.
The 33-year-old rapper and 27-year-old goalkeeper were seen together during Milan Fashion Week after Cardi B walked the runway at Vogue World’s event at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II on Tuesday, September 22.
A video circulating on X appears to show the pair engaged in a playful and flirtatious conversation at an after-party while sharing drinks, sparking speculation about a possible romance.

Several reports have suggested that Cardi B and Okoye have been spending time together at fashion events across Europe.
The two also share the same stylist, Kollin Carter, who styled both celebrities earlier in July when they attended the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter Haute Couture Show.
Cardi B and Okoye were also spotted laughing together at another event, further fueling speculation that the two may be getting closer.
However, neither Cardi B nor Okoye has officially confirmed that they are in a relationship.

The romance rumours gained further attention after Cardi B discussed Okoye in an August interview with Vogue Arabia.
The rapper described the footballer as “really sweet,” saying that although he appears serious on social media, she found him to be kind in person.

When asked whether she hoped to “see more of him,” Cardi B gave a coy response, saying, “I hope so,” followed by a giggle.
Cardi B shares three children with her estranged husband Offset and has also been linked to Stefon Diggs. The rapper and Diggs reportedly ended their relationship in February 2026.
Her recent appearances with Okoye have now prompted fresh speculation about whether she could be moving on to a new romance.
