DUBAI: Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first against India in their ACC Women’s T20 Asia Cup 2026 Group A clash at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Saturday.

Pakistan entered the match with two points from their opening game after defeating Thailand by 35 runs, while India topped the group after winning both of their matches against Thailand and Hong Kong.

Pakistan’s victory over Thailand was powered by Muneeba Ali’s 54, while Sadia Iqbal claimed three wickets and Tuba Hassan took two as Pakistan secured a winning start to their campaign.

The India-Pakistan clash is particularly important for Pakistan’s qualification hopes, while India have already secured a place in the semi-finals after winning their opening two matches.
