The 78th Emmy Awards brought television’s biggest stars and shows together for a night of major wins, record-breaking moments and memorable performances.
Hosted by Mariska Hargitay, the ceremony was held live at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Monday, September 14, and broadcast on NBC and Peacock.
Matthew Rhys was among the evening’s biggest winners, making Emmy history with victories for Widow’s Bay and The Beast in Me.
Allison Janney and Jean Smart also made headlines after tying an all-time Emmy record, while The Pitt, Widow’s Bay and DTF St. Louis emerged as some of the night’s leading winners.
