Buying Remains Strong

The market maintained its positive trend despite renewed geopolitical uncertainty in the Middle East, indicating that investors continued to find buying opportunities in local equities.

The gains came as market participants assessed developments in the US-Iran conflict and their possible impact on global energy markets.

Oil Prices Edge Higher

International oil prices moved higher following reports of a US strike on Iran’s Qeshm Island, raising concerns about further escalation in the eight-month conflict and potential disruptions to regional oil supplies.

The reported strike added to uncertainty in the Middle East, keeping investors attentive to developments that could influence global energy prices and market sentiment.

Investors Remain Optimistic

Despite the geopolitical concerns and higher oil prices, the PSX continued its upward trajectory during Tuesday’s session.

The market’s performance suggested that investors were maintaining their interest in local stocks rather than allowing regional tensions to dominate trading sentiment.
