Cardi B and her ex-husband Offset reunited this month to celebrate the birthdays of two of their three children, setting aside their ongoing divorce proceedings for a family occasion.
The former couple both shared Instagram Stories from a joint birthday celebration for their son Wave and daughter Blossom on Saturday. Wave turned 5 on September 4, while Blossom is set to turn 2 on September 7.
Although both parents attended the celebration, neither Cardi B nor Offset shared photos or videos showing them together.
Cardi B and Offset Continue Co-Parenting
The birthday gathering comes as the former couple’s divorce remains unresolved. Cardi B first filed for divorce from the Migos rapper in 2024, marking her second attempt to end their marriage.
She had previously filed for divorce in 2020, but later withdrew the case. The latest divorce proceedings have remained unresolved for more than a year, with Cardi previously indicating that financial and property-related disagreements have contributed to the delay.
Despite the legal dispute, the pair have continued to maintain a relationship focused on their children and have regularly appeared to put their differences aside for important family occasions.
Three Children Together
Cardi B and Offset share three children: daughter Kulture, son Wave and their youngest daughter, Blossom.
Kulture, their eldest child, turned 8 in July. Wave celebrated his fifth birthday on September 4, while Blossom is approaching her second birthday on September 7.

Cardi B has also moved forward in her personal life since her separation from Offset. In November 2025, she welcomed her fourth child with NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
Offset, meanwhile, has continued co-parenting with Cardi B. Although their marriage remains subject to unresolved legal proceedings, the two have frequently appeared to maintain cordial relations in public, particularly when it comes to their children.
