The actor addressed the issue during a recent Instagram question-and-answer session after a follower asked her, “Next baby when?”
Expressing frustration over the repeated questions, Nafees remarked that life could be going perfectly well until people appeared with personal queries.
“Life would be going so well and then people would pop up with their questions,” she said.
She then questioned how her decision to have another child would affect anyone asking about it.
“What difference will me having another kid make in your life?” she asked.
Sarcastic Reply to Followers
Taking a further dig at the person who asked the question, Nafees suggested that such curiosity might be understandable if the individual were a nanny looking for employment.
“If you are a nanny and need a job, that is another thing. Otherwise, how does it make any difference to you?” she remarked.
Her response highlighted her frustration with people who treat personal family decisions as subjects for public discussion.
Pressure on Married Women
Questions about pregnancy, motherhood and having more children are frequently directed at married female celebrities, often placing unnecessary pressure on them to explain their personal choices.
Nafees made it clear that decisions about expanding a family belong to the couple involved and should not become a matter of public interrogation.
Her comments also brought attention to the boundaries between a celebrity’s public life and personal privacy, particularly when it comes to marriage and parenting.
