Karachi , Four individuals were arrested in Karachi’s Quaidabad area during a raid led by intelligence agencies and the Special Investigation Unit (SIU). They are accused of working for India’s RAW and spying on military and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) sites.
The suspects Muhammad Khan, Akhtar, Jameen Mullah, and Ghulam Qadir allegedly shared sensitive data with Indian handlers, including a BSF colonel named Ranjeet. Authorities confirmed the use of geo-tagging apps and WhatsApp for transmitting classified details such as troop deployments and key location photos.
Police recovered four grenades, two rifles, two pistols, a Pakistan Army training manual, Indian liquor, cigarettes, and a snatched vehicle during the raid.
According to police, the accused crossed into India by sea through Sujawal and received payments and supplies in return.
The case is under anti-terrorism laws, and forensic analysis is underway. Investigations may lead to more arrests.
