Yash Dayal Breaks Silence on Sexual Exploitation Allegations, Files Counter Case

RCB pacer accuses woman of theft and fraud, claims blackmail over false charges

Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 champion team Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s fast bowler Yash Dayal has broken his silence regarding the sexual exploitation allegations made against him, and has filed a counter complaint.

A few days ago, a woman from Ghaziabad lodged an FIR accusing Yash Dayal of sexually exploiting her under the false promise of marriage. According to her, she had been in a relationship with the cricketer for five years, and he allegedly took advantage of that bond.

However, the 27-year-old pacer has now responded to the allegations, claiming that the woman had borrowed large sums of money from him over the years under the pretext of medical treatment and shopping. He alleges she is now attempting to blackmail him with false accusations.

Yash Dayal has filed a complaint at a police station in Prayagraj, accusing the woman and her family members of theft and fraud.

The cricketer claims that the woman also stole his iPhone and laptop, and that he possesses evidence to support his claims.

According to Dayal, their first interaction took place via Instagram in 2021, which gradually turned into regular conversations. He stated that the woman frequently requested financial help for her and her family’s medical expenses but never returned the money.

Yash Dayal further said that once he learned about the FIR registered against him in Ghaziabad, he decided to take legal action and respond through official channels.

In a three-page application submitted to the authorities, he has sought an FIR against the woman, two of her family members, and other individuals involved in the alleged fraud and theft.
