Apple Martin, the 21-year-old daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, has addressed long-standing speculation regarding cosmetic procedures, particularly claims about “crazy” lip fillers.
In a recent video for Vogue, the rising star shared her beauty routine, humorously dubbed the “Stressed Out College Student” regimen, and clarified what changes she has made to her appearance.
Lip Filler Clarification
Martin admitted, “Time to come clean — I got lip filler one time. I just thought it was too big, but everyone seems to think I have crazy lip filler.”
She further explained that while she may have used a lip filler once, much of the perceived fullness comes from pouting and makeup techniques, not repeated cosmetic procedures.

Embracing Natural Beauty
Apple’s approach mirrors her mother Gwyneth Paltrow’s philosophy of staying natural. Paltrow, 53, has expressed in a 2024 interview that she prefers to age gracefully rather than overcorrect her appearance artificially:
“You can fight it to a degree, but I accept the beauty of being a grown woman and the wisdom that comes with it. There’s nothing fun about benign at that young age where you don’t know yourself and you’re struggling so much to accept yourself.”
Apple emphasized the importance of embracing natural features and not succumbing to excessive cosmetic enhancements, sending a message of self-acceptance to her followers.
Her candid admission comes after years of media speculation, finally putting to rest rumors of frequent cosmetic interventions.
