Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra’s four-year-old daughter, Malti Marie, is getting an early glimpse of her father’s Disney Channel legacy ahead of the highly anticipated release of Camp Rock 3.

The upcoming film reunites the Jonas Brothers as their fictional band Connect 3, while Demi Lovato returns as Mitchie Torres. Camp Rock 3 is scheduled to premiere on Disney Channel on August 13, followed by its release on Disney+ the next day.

The return to the franchise has taken on a special meaning for the Jonas Brothers, who are now experiencing the legacy of Camp Rock from a different perspective—as fathers.

Kevin Jonas revealed that he recently watched the new film with his daughters, Alena and Valentina, and wife Danielle Jonas.

“It’s really incredible. I just watched it the other night with our girls,” Kevin said, describing their excitement while watching the movie.

The brothers also reflected on the personal significance of returning to a franchise that played a major role in their early careers nearly two decades ago.

“It’s got such a wonderful place in our hearts, and the memories we have attached to it are so real to this day,” one of the brothers said.

Demi Lovato reflects on her younger self

At the Los Angeles premiere of Camp Rock 3, Demi Lovato also looked back at the original movie, which debuted in 2008.

Lovato recalled feeling nervous and uncertain during the first Camp Rock premiere and shared what she would tell her younger self today.

“It’s okay to take breaks. And to take time off when you need it,” she said, explaining that learning to take time for herself later in life helped her protect her mental health.

The return of Camp Rock brings together familiar faces and a new cast, while allowing the original stars to revisit one of the projects that helped shape their careers.
